At VirtualPrinter.co.uk we’re not striving to be the cheapest printer in the UK - but rather the printer known for offering the best quality at the lowest price available. Our posters, flyers (light and heavy), folded leaflets, postcards, stickers, business cards and stationery are printed 100% according to the files you submit, once we’ve checked and confirmed that they meet our printing standards. We also take great care when trimming and packing your print order.

If you've fully complied with our design file specifications and approved a Certified PDF but are still not completely satisfied with the end result, we’ll reprint your order for free!

No extra costs
Our fully inclusive prices cover checking, printing (lithography), trimming and finishing your order - plus fast delivery throughout the UK.  Pricelists are exclusive of VAT which is added at the prevailing rate of 17.5%.

Passing on economies of scale
As an intermediary working between you and the printer, we purchase large quantities of printing at wholesale prices on a weekly basis. It’s an approach that benefits both you and us. We pride ourselves on keeping our prices low and the quality of our printing and customer service at a very high standard.

Virtual technology
We use the innovative Hewlett-Packard Colour Management Eye-One System which ensures the clearest, sharpest images and brilliant colour. This unique system accurately maintains a correct colour balance. Adjustment of the Colour Management System is constantly checked at every stage - from the making of the plates, to their installation on the presses.

Using Heidelberg Speedmaster 102’s and 70 lpi line screens, we print on the best paper stocks currently available to guarantee perfect print on thick, high quality paper. For further information on the Heidelberg system please visit www.heidelberg.com

It couldn't be easier!
That’s because you don't even need to leave your desk to place your order. Simply complete the form on our Order page - we’ll then send you a confirmation email once we’ve received it. Our dedicated design team will check your design file(s) and call you if there are any problems. We’ll also send you a Certified PDF for final approval prior to printing.

For the earliest possible delivery, place your order on either Monday (  flyers / folded leaflets / posters ), Tuesday ( postcards ), Wednesday ( flyers / folded leaflets / posters ),  Thursday ( postcards ) or Friday ( stationey / stickers). You need to send us your design file(s) before 9am the following working day. It will take just 4 days to print your flyer or posters order, 5 days to print your folded leaflet order and 6 days to print your postcard order. Please check the order calendar on our homepage which shows the delivery date for the next print run. We’ll also email you to confirm the delivery date.

Print without risk!
If the result of your print order is not what you expected – even though you fully complied with our design file specifications and approved a Certified PDF - then we’ll reprint your order for free. Our promise is not only valid for your first order - but for every order you place with us.

We’ll reprint your order for free if the fault was caused by VirtualPrinter. VirtualPrinter does not refund monies or provide discounts on invoices. You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of the artwork (text and images, as well as file specifications) that you submit to VirtualPrinter. Please ensure all submitted artwork is proofread carefully before uploading to our website. As postal regulations are subject to change, you are also 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for the reverse side of postcard artwork that you supply. If you have any questions about your design files, we'll happily help you with your queries.

You must notify VirtualPrinter within 5 business days of order acceptance of any defects in the ordered product. To receive your free reprint, you must return 99% of the received product (at your own expense) within 30 days of its delivery.

Order forms must be received at our office before midnight on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Should we receive your order later, we cannot guarantee the final delivery on the date shown on your order confirmation and on our website. Your digital artwork file(s) must be uploaded to our website by 9am on Wednesdays or Fridays for postcards, business cards or light flyers. Files for heavy flyers and posters must be uploaded no later than 9am on Wednesdays or Fridays. See our Print Schedule (insert link) for delivery times for other print order types. Should we receive your artwork later, we cannot guarantee delivery of the print order on time. Bear in mind too that public holidays will affect turnaround time for your order.
